Made of heavy cast aluminum to make sure uniform baking and browning to support the unique pan design, oven Secure to 400 degrees. PFOA free premium non stick surface (the most efficient in the bakeware industry) make release and clean up a breeze. Mixes and recipes may vary, fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to steer clear of overflow. Use & Care: Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not really useful. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour can be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners must not be used on nonstick surfaces. Made in USA
