Place the fern in a place that receives medium light (3-5 hours of sunlight) to bright light (5 or more hours of sunlight), ideally near a West or East window. This plant prefers indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight might burn the plant. Water when the highest 2 inches of the soil are dry (about once each 7 to 10 days) and be certain that all excess water drains away.
