It is in truth an indication of the purity of beeswax. Only 100% beeswax will bloom. Heat can alsoencourage blooming. To take away the bloom, buff your casting with a soft lint free cloth or useyour hairdryer on a low setting a couple of inchesaway from the dryer, until the casting is shiny again. This also helps to freshen the scent of the beeswax casting.
