The body and lid are 100 percent Chrome steel. To verify uniform heating, the ground has a core of 4.06 mm thick aluminium sandwiched between two sheets of Chrome steel. The bottom all the time stays flat, never bulges. Chrome steel stays bright, does no longer pit or corrode, is easy to scrub and extremely hygienic. Can be utilized safely for light and deep frying and pressure cooking. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops.
