The patented base allows compatibility with all types of hobs; gas, electric, ceramic and induction, for maximum versatility. It is imaginable to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250°C/480°F and they may be able to also be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. The two stainless steel durable side handles have been designed with a large, ergonomic shape, for a comfortable and protected grip.
